To me, this song is about prostitution, about young kids being stolen from their homes, drugged, and forced to give them selves away. At their tender ages, they don't understand what's right and wrong.

Streetwalker knows how to strut right She knows the truth Bad boys walking through the corridor God knows what they're gonna do. ^^^^^ the "streetwalker" is the prostitute, who has been taught how to "sell" herself. Te bad boys, are the "gangsters" or maybe the men buying the prostitution. the song mentions, she was stolen from her bedroom, which is a direct indication of being stolen and given to prostitution.

Her head was spinning like a hurricane,---she's on drugs Tina was singing her name---being called for prostiution Old men like to rape her in the red light She's too young and numb to complain--- young and on drugs, she doesn't understand what's happening

Little boy bought at the age of six,- bought for prostitution Down the street he's wearing a dress--dressed as a woman

It's a sin to sit and just do nothing,---the singer feels bad about not doing anything about it There's a special place in hell for me Oh God I just gotta do something I swear to God this is happening-- Look at his face, you won't see no innocence He's got so much experience--he knows everything from being a prostitute
