I think this song is about the turbulence of being in love when you're young. Always falling in and out of love, but not really knowing what it is. And the chorus - I love the chorus - talks about how "love" or your infatuation/idea of "love" tricks you into feeling a certain way, but it's more like a reaction than anything. It's like "wow, he has nice eyes, and he's smart, and tall - I love him <3" but it's not real love, it's more like a reaction of attraction to someone who has these qualities that you like. Doesn't mean it's love.
This is my favourite track off his new album. I love the whole CD but this song made me buy the album. Love Mika. <3
