Might aswell post this so it shows: I've always imagined it to be about him sleeping with someone who has a lot of feelings for him, basically him taking advantage of someone who's in love with him.
He's not in love with her, and he knows he shouldn't but he still does it. And then he regrets it, feels ashamed and he's basically telling himself to not do it again (or possibly telling her to be strong and stay away, cause he can't). He's not doing it because he loves her, he's doing it because it's easy sex.
