Just a few corrections, i'm pretty sure i got these all right, besides a few mistakes it looks perfect:

"Point of return is lost" instead of "???? is lost"
"Vicious, Power, Struggle" instead of "this is power struggle
"Total disrepair" instead of "???? disrepair"
