-Again it seems like its about some kind of revolution.

-To be "sleeping" is usualy used by those who often are called conspiracy teoretics as a word for they who havent woke up yet and still belives in capitalism and so on.
"Under the surface" is another expession for "not active" or "staying in the system".

-We will not stand for this society where people make money on us and we want freedom.. kind of.
