The meaning in my opinion is that a guy is smittened by this girl or is in love with a girl and he doesn't know what to do, hence, walking around on a broken leg, Well i can't get you out of my head and this bloke is considered and outsider or is diferent and the girl doesn't want anything to do with him(poor bugger), you don't want to know me, but this girl is surronded by frauds and fakes who could be leading her astray or clouding her judgment and are saying lies to keep her away from him. However this guy is saying that she is the one with the last say, no one else and is she gonna stand above everyone else and be with him or is she gonna miss a life opportunity and stay the same, hence, It all comes down to you, It's all on your head. When we are prepared to stand on the promises of God, He does the walking for us. It is literally only God who knows whether these two will end up together or not. Even greater than any relationship is that fact that God is still glorified in this situation.
