this song is about so many things...but lets say i think its about a thought...this thought is something that is between them and she isn't ready to share....and its all the time in her head...it can be made of memories, it can be a wish, or really a trumpet...melody that is saying something to her...it doesn't mean she wants to harm him...just not ready or has a secret that she just saves for herself...
