The basic idea is that whatever relationship he's talking about is going way to fast and he's trying to tell her that it's really unhealthy but she won't listen. Lots of personal experience here.
"You will. You might be comin' with me."
This is most likely saying, "come on, I'm not trying to destroy our relationship by slowing it down, but if you keep resisting, i'm leaving" (or at least that's how my personal relationships went).
