I think this song is about 2 people who were once in a relationship, but are now afraid to speak to each other. Or afraid of what the other person thinks about them.

Meaning the person is worried that the other person hates them for something they did in the past, and is afraid of even hearing his own name spoken.

Meaning he knows that the other person wants him to suffer for what he did, and cry or "die in a corner" so to speak. And be alone forever. Also, he admits to being imperfect (which shows he hurt the other person in some way in the past)

Obviously means no matter how good he is to the other person he/she still wants nothing to do with him.
