It's about men, blokes, and how the singer is fed up of them. Kinda similar to 'men's needs' on the last album.

He hates guys acting all macho

Reminds of a comment by Valerie Solanas (she REALLY hated men) about how, because female is the default state of the foetus, that men are 'walking abortions'

He hates the lads mags and how immature they are.

They (women) have everything, including the ribs that are supposed to be missing according to Christian folklore. 'Getting inside counts', well I think we all know what that means...

I'm literally positive that's what he's singing about. Unless anyone has any other takes on it?
