I think its someone that had a bf/gf and they broke up with them cause they thought they was going to leave them, maybe he or she thought it was for the best at the time. But then later realised that they still very much loved there ex it deserved the risk and fight to make it work. and now they feel like nothing, there lives have become colourless and empty to what it was with there ex. And I think alot of us think people will always stay. when in reality you have to hold on tightly to that which you love, because theres always someone there in the shadows ready to try and treat your partner/ex better.
