I think that this song is about a girl maybe not even a girl friend just a faux friend or an aqaintence who wants to be more and won't get the hint
the line "oh no what I do to deserve you" could easily be sarcasm and probably is but he might be straight up saying what horrible thing in the past could I have done to make you chase me or for me to have even crossed paths with you
basically this whole song seems to be about how much he hates this person and wishes he'd never met them.
