This song is somewhat simple but really haunting, about love being strong enough to overcome anything even though the world has gone to hell and life very often just doesn't work out that way. It perfectly fits the heroine character in the movie and the kind of hope she holds onto but I think somehow still sort of conveys the darkness of the story.
