I have read somewhere that David Draiman comes from a very conservative Jewish family and that his parents expected him to become a rabbi. So I guess this song is about how he is torn between his actual life and his education, and how he has to be a different person when he is around his family. There is a picture of him at his brother's wedding in Israel, where he is wearing the traditionnal little hat (don't know the name, sorry) and has removed his earrings and lip piercing, and I think it illustrates that song very well.
