Maybe not the entire picture, but from what I see in the lyrics it states a couple things.
I think it says that they've pretty much got cult status, the little green men may refer to the collection of rabid fans that go to great lengths to see them live over and over.
Only fools believe they won't get fooled again, referring to themselves as fools... I think that may be related to record dealings. At the time they switched labels.
