I know this song for a long time now and I kinda agree with Dark Pooyan. Though to me this song is also more about basic high sensitivity. As I am HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) myself the feelings this song bring up are those of constantly having to meet up with the great big world outside, and having to deal with all the feelings of everyone in that world around you. The lines 'Six thoughts at once, I can't focus on one' and 'So caught in emotion that I'm overcome' says pretty much everything really.
