I think this is the tune that influenced Internationale; after 1945 meeting on Elba, Red Army soldiers took this tune to Soviet Union with some random Russian words - and those were the first version that I learned the tune with, in 1960-s.
Now I look at this hymn - well, it does remind me "Arise ye workers from your slumbers,
Arise ye prisoners of want"...
