This may be a little farfetched, but here's my interpretation:

Prophecies, as they always are, tend to be very vague. Gargul's prophecy states that two chosen will meet and that their love will be strong enough to erase the wrongs of Ahrima.

It's easy to think that Adakias and Anhura are the "two chosen" (The Oracle) as they fall deeply in love with each other.

But! What if the "two chosen, bound to meet" (The Oracle) were Pallis and Anhura who are brought together by Adakias, the catalyst? They are the respective heirs to their worlds, and would best pursue change and unity if they had the drive to do so. "Their true love" (The Oracle) would then have to be their love for Adakias. Maybe Adakias is "her lock" (The Oracle) and Pallis has "the key" (The Oracle) or, rather, the dagger which stabs Adakias.

I'd like to think that Pallis is trying to protect Adakias from Anhura, just as King Malka was trying to protect Anhura from Adakias. Adakias proves to us that his older brother sought his protection: "You've loved and watched over me" (The Exit). Pallis thinks that Anhura is simply deceitful, not truly able to love "a couple poor boys," just as the king thought that Adakias was after the "throne and jewels" (Meet the King). This would attempt to justify Pallis' attack on Anhura which ironically caused Adakias' demise. To kill Adakias really was "never [his] intent".

Adakias' last request, "Live for you love every day...take care of this spinning sphere..." is thus fulfilled by Pallis and Anhura reuniting the Light and the Dark, seeing beyond their differences towards the sacrifice of their mutual beloved, Adakias.

All three sing the penultimate line as well, "Take the love inside my mind before I die." With this line, they extend and profess their love to each other. The true love spoken by Gargul doesn't necessarily have to be romantic love, but also familial love.
