I think its about being so far under, depresed or something like that, that you just can't hear anything. You don't want to, everything's numbed. You don't have to care about anything, so you don't have to get hurt. But being under hurts you too, you just don't realise it. Maybe people around her just don't realise, they just think she's out of control, or having fun. They're all floating, and she's just falling. such a sad song <3
