I honestly can't tell if it's "Why doesn't anyone in Noro sleep" or "Why doesn't anyone I know sleep."
The first I think makes the song more cool, and fits the title.
Noro is a town in the Solomon Islands. Solomon was a major character in the Bible, known for his widsom. Solomon ends up marrying women from other countries, who get Solomon to believe in other gods. As punishment, God tears his kingdom in half.
From what I've heard, "Noro" is also the world for "pig" in... some language. But I haven't found anything to back that up, yet.
