I think this song is about hypocrites - those who claim to do something and yet do the exact opposite and end up getting their hands "caught red handed in the biscuit tin".
Love her voice in the backing - just an amazing song really.
According to Imogen's "Behind the scenes" video which was included with the pre-order Itunes bundle, it is exactly that! she was actually out to dinner with a vegan friend who ate a biscuit with the after-dinner tea (which had wheat at dairy in it.) She said the song is about "People who say one thing but do another"
