I was thinking it has something to do with the immigrants that are currently in the Woomera Detention Centre (hence the music video clip) and that they want to run away from the Detention Centre as they can't handle the feelings and situations that happen there.
And I think the reason why Lucius Borich (drummer of COG) has "Fuck Blair, Bush, Howard" or "Blair, Bush, Howard, Fuck You" is because I think Lucius wants to be free and leave a normal life like everyone else does.
