I have to disagree with the posted lyrics. After listening to the song a bunch of times trying to figure out the words, I think the last verse goes

Anyway, the meaning of the lyrics is much clearer in this version. Claudio and Al's sniper duel over Newo is a bit more obvious this time, so you might not have to read the story to get the meaning.
