i heard an interview on the radio with chris, and he was talking about how this album (Shaka Rock) was really back to basics without spending big money for success eg. with Shine On when it turned out to be a flop.
So im guessing Goodbye Hollywood is kind of a statement from Jet about how they're going back to the garage so to speak - "So Goodbye Hollywood,Your sweet success don't taste that good, Now I've found a place to call my own"
However only 2 songs from the album were recorded in Australia so kinda makes me wonder what they're on about.
