I don't understand JoJo's meaning but I came up with one I think fits (and lived through, really.)
So, this girl likes a guy who she's turned down so many times before. And now she's changed her mind, had a change of heart, and she's going to tell him all the feelings she was hiding. She can't take it anymore, she doesn't want to let him go. She wants to be his. And she believes that he's a really nice guy and that she doesn't deserve him but there's no other way - she wants to be his.
