woah. can't believe how much i love this! there's a remix of it thats being played quite a lot on the radio now.. no way as good as this one though. the remix version misses out all the verses, the best bits!

as for what it means... i think its self-explanitory if you read it through. From what i understood from it, he met a girl on holiday, he's saying that he met this (sounds like) amazing girl on holiday, and although they didn't even speak the same language it didnt matter because he knew there was something there that just fitted. "When I tried to speak your language Im happy you laughed, Cos I'm hardly a linguist, spoke through kisses cos you didn't speak English" and he says he was quite drunk, so he's trying to recall as much of it as he can. from the sounds of it he wakes up, sees her next to him and wants to stay with her, have another day with her. He's remembering everything from the night before about this woman and knows there's something special between them, even though they hardly knew eachother. But he knows he has to go, and im assuming he goes back to wherever. He's almost regretting it, he says "I really shoulda missed that flight" as though he wishes he was still with her. But he knows that the fact that he had one night with her makes it so special, he knows that if he stayed with her it wouldnt be as good as the one night they had together - her says that it was a "one night only" and says "if only I could take you back and just show you off But I guess if I did that, the magic is lost". If he tried to make it last longer than it could th magic of that one night would be lost.

it's beautiful :) sorry if i bored you! xx

the remix is actually the original. Its called 'One Night' and samples Jose Gonzales' version of Heartbeats. It appears on Example's début release 'We didn't invent the remix' Bootleg.

This song is an expansion of the idea behind that track. They share some lyrics, such as the opening lines and middle verse, while the chorus was written from scratch for this song.
