OK, I'll take a whack at a meaning and I'm sure others will disagree but... at least what it means to me and my girls: Put simply, WE hear it as a Dominant/submissive dynamic, but it can be as simple as some lesser-commitment being dedicated to your lover... The key lines:
Wherever you go I'm going with you
[I take guidance from you, with you always...]
Shouldn't you know I'm BOUND to FOLLOW?
[bound as in not capable to do otherwise.. she is compelled to follow]
[bound could be subtle bondagey reference, if you like]

[As stated, she will follow his lead...]

[LET as in "accept me into your service"]
