Feel free to call me wrong, but here's my idea:
Johnny = America, "I like to exploit myself" represents all the american celebrities being exploited by themselves.
Roger = England, "I like to proclaim myself a God" represents how England acts like they're better than all other countries.
"Sweet little boy" represents how each country still acts all innocent and "sweet"
P.S. I didn't mean to insult these countries, this is just how I interpreted it. The multiple personalities thing is a good idea too.
