As for the meaning besides taking it from the point of k oz I think it can be a song for the fans before a concert as if Jamie is asking people to stay with with the band and hear what they have to say, cause if they will they will become complete with the band. If the Sinch isn't doing it now they should play this song on the beginning of every show they play I would.
