Honestly, (and remember this is my opinion,) I think this song is about a vampire who has fallen in love with a human girl. For one vampires have the ability to incredibly strong, note: "I see you walking home alone your face is alive and bright but you can't see how weak you are 'coz I can end it tonight."
Also there is the fact that the song describes the feeling of being watched, and how He snekas up on her so quietly that she doesn't notice him until he touches her neck and spine. Note: "it's the feeling you get when you think that someone behind is watching you well I can tell you now that someone is me and I'm about to make it right," also, "I creep up from behind touch your neck move down your spine you take a look and breathe so sharp just a matter of time don't scream I ask of dear but then you let one out so no it's time to go." Remember this is my interpretation based on opinion. I am not sure that this is what the song is about, but it seemed logical to me.
