On Maria's episode of cribs, if I recall correctly, she didn't let the cameras in to see her bedroom claiming that area was for her only, or something like that. This is the area that eminem refers to, since he is claiming he and Maria shagged, he would have seen her bedroom obviously.
Another lyric correction: "I was gonna stop at 16. THAT WAS 32."
Bars is a measure of time in music, kinda like a line.
