Hey, I agree that it's about rape and such, but I think the line,
"You can't take back what you've taken away"
Is about her virginity being stripped from her, it was not planned, nor was it special like it should be. Many girls have had this happen, and the effects are with you almost you're whole life; I doubt she would willingly give herself to another man, hence the name "Damaged"
