This song is about a guy who doesn't want to be with his girlfriend anymore. He tries to explain how they never really had enough chemistry to be a couple and now he wants out. Not only that, but he's been seeing another girl at the same time who he likes much more. After explaining all of this to his girlfriend, he professes his love for the other girl. This is the breaking point where he realizes he didn't really love the other girl; he was only using her to get back at his less-than-satisfactory girlfriend. The guy changes his mind and decides that instead of throwing away his current relationship, he'll give it another chance. i think this is a great song :)
