I think it's about the mind of a typical kid that is persecuted and bullied cause of the way he acts, dress, music he listens to ect. Hell, the talking parts talk about "I can never hate you as much as you hate me" (these lyrics are wrong by the way) and the person is always scared. He also hates how he just "can't disappear" from his problems.
