To me this song seems to be about alot of different things.
A guy can't stop thinking about his ex. But at the same time it almost sounds like he's bitter that she left him, so even if she tried coming back, he's saying shes better off moving on because it just wouldn't be the same, she ruined what they had, so its really not worth it, so even though he wants her, its kinda like he's saying "i miss you, but you had your chance, so you might as well not even try."
