It definitely sounds anti religion to me. "Make enemies out of truth and reason." is pretty self explanatory. I think "Destruction as a saving grace" refers to the supposed end of days, because a lot of Christians and other people of faith only follow it because they are scared of being cast into hell in the end of days, and fear is the only saving grace for religion.
