I think this person came to the realization that she is still in love and always will be with this man. She has tried to forget about him, tried so hard to convince herself that she is over him and like him at one point, was convinced that it was somebody else that they wanted to be with. So much hurt now on both sides but she wants it not to be too late! What they have is something so real and even though it’s been so long her feelings for him are as strong as ever and she just wants more than anything to hold each other so tight and start their forever.
