To me the lines: "I can hate myself More, More than anyone" Don't suggest that the person being sung about (lets just say him to make it easier) hates himself but emphasises that he has the ability to. That he finds it easier to hate himself then he does to hate other people, but also that his potential for self loathing is so great that it cannot be surpassed by anyone elses feelings towards him. Also the bit after that where he's questioning his suffering, is it caused by himself, by his own self loathing and the despair that ensues or has it been helped along by another, someone who encourages it and helps it to grow and consume him.

Idk, to me it feels like that section is almost seperate to the rest of the song, a little aside with it's own meaning.
