I think the video is showing the shallowness and lack of substance these hookups have. it blurs out at the beginning and end of each hookup scene, so it's like she thinks about what would happen if she were to just get with these guys and how she would have to act out of character just for things to go somewhere, then she snaps out of it and realises she is better off NOT looking for a one time thing.
