To me, the whole song felt like he was in love or some sort of obssession with this woman who refuses to be tied down, and prefers instead to partake in various simultaneous relationships; he is trying to act like he doesn't mind but you can see that he is actually falling apart over her. I felt like he was essentially saying "I don't care who else you've been fucking, just send him away and make it only me."
