I could be completely wrong but to me this song seems to be about a guy knowing that he loves the woman that he's with but other's (friends, family, etc.) can't seem to accept that fact so they begin to question him repeatedly, "Do you love her? Do you love her?".
In short, it's about people talking about love so logically and unemotionally that it actually begins to create doubt where there had previously been none.
