there's alot of stuff Devin said about this album being very much a case of anger being controlled where before it was just let free; I'd say this is the most prime example of it on the album. I'd say it deals mostly with a kind of frustration of existence in a broad sense, and it's exhaustion; it comes out most for me when he finally lets loose and sings about being a man and everything, it's like you really feel the sarcasm and anger, and it's all the more impacted by the comparative silence of the rest of the song.
