The great thing about certain songs is that they can mean something completely different depending on the situation you are in.
To me, because of a situation I am currently in, it seems to be about someone who has fallen in love with someone and then come to find out that the other person is really married.
I believed that he was in a bad marriage and that he was trying to get out but he used me like a crutch, lied to me, and would tell me anything to get me to stay and continue to wait for him. I heard all the lies and all the apologies.
But in the end I had to choose, because I am stronger than that and deserve so much better.
