[ Pretending you're something you're not, as in okay, as in image perfect, posing as perfection. ]
waking at the time done fine grey matter
[ Grey matter meaning brain without bloodflow, therefore implying zombification? Probably calling this subject another drone to society waking to everyone else's world and conforming to it as well. ]
looking at the blood with the brimming of a dead head
[ Assuming this person is cutting him or her self, it shows mental flaw, and it shows how the person knows he or she is not perfect. ]
wondering if the sunshine will ever catch your eye
[ Wondering if you'll ever see reality ]
picking at the dead skin
how does gonorrhea feel

[ Apparently what this means is the person is doing some type of drug, such as crack, or heroin, and is giving his or her body for the drugs. "falling off a horses high" might imply some time of withdrawal, I'm new at this mind you. ]

[ The person is digging him or her self into a deeper addiction towards the drugs, sex, the "high" life where everything is said to be perfect. ]

[ This is stating how reality is taking the person down a peg, and the downward spiral, and the withdrawals begin to take the mass effect. ]
