The entire album is about a serial killer, so naturally so is this song. The killer is torturing or his already killed a woman (On her wedding day) who has emotionally damaged him, most likley through a past relationship: "You hurt me in the deepest way, I'm crippled inside." It's clear that he's cut her skin up too: "I took your evil skin away, it's all cut and dry." When Alice says: "Oh, they're never gonna find you're face it's hidden away.", I would quite literally say he cut her face of and hid it somewhere of emotional value. You can think else but it dosn't seem anymore obvious to me.
