but this song is so swell. the first time I heard it I didn't like it, then I listened to it again a few months ago all the way through and that huge climax into the sweet little guitar "Your skin's so fair" part completely captured my heart.
I feel like all the way up to the "Your skin's so fair" section, she's basically throwing down a lover, if that makes sense. She's angry at them and is thinking of everything wrong with that person. Then, she finally remembers something absolutely lovely about that person that is the one thing that captures her heart.
