Totally agree with Smoulder on this one. It's also directed at the powers that be. He's saying that the black community is willing to work towards unity if the authorities will actually listen and be willing to work things out. The black community has a few demands they would like to bring to the table as well "Get paid the right way, in full, no bull).

@sydbarrett5 - I thought it was more of warning that the black community would create an uprising- Lets get it on- unless they got something that was not really defined. I remember hearing theories at the time everything would come to a blow in 1995 unless things started to change. Maybe the riots after Rodney King seemed to capture this attitude and people took notice. Still seems to be going on today but the real issue is what is the ultimate goal?
