I'd say it's about the end Bush Adminstration, with George W being the joker in the pack. The "crock of shit we refuse to be fed" being everything America has done over the past 9-10 years.
This band is in fact british, therefore that isn't correct. The album is basically a go at the British Government eg. The Queen, Tony Blair etc.
