I think this whole album is obvioulsy about a relationship. But I think this song in peticular is about a relationship that went wrong because one of the people didn't say everything that they could've/should've. And now the other party wants nothing to do with them. So, they're lost because they don't know what else to do but love this person, even though this person no longer loves them.
