Cover art for Ananas lyrics by James Taylor

I don't think it's that crude. From this line : "Talkin' 'bout your ananas So sweet on the inside, Rough on the outside." and given the content of the rest of the song, he's likening the girl to a pineapple. Soft on the inside but spiky on the outside (a defensive cold exterior), and he wants her to let him in and open up her defensive shell.
